The push button ignition and variable flame control knob are contained beneath a tilt-up lid, and a sensor continuously monitors the flame and automatically shuts off the gas if it is extinguished. Easily reignite the fire pit once the weather clears. Rainwater easily passes through, with the option of a drain tray to prevent pooling. The valve and lighting systems are robust and reliable.
